A museum visit is a good idea! Another interesting project to do with students is a rally in old Quebec. I did it as a students and as a teacher during my first practicum and it is really great!
It is an excellent way to create group cohesiveness as students work in cooperation all day long. They have a goal for using the second language and it is really motivating for them. They have to understand and follow instruction. Excellent way to practice directions! I really believe in the benefits of this project! Moreover, it is not very expensive!
